Lifeline Squad Application

Yes, I and my group commit to form a Lifeline Squad in our community and pledge to bring the film To Save A Life to our area.
I am interested in scheduling an advance showing of To Save A Life in my community by joining an existing or forming a new Lifeline Squad.











  • Bringing To Save A Life to our area by covering 1,000 tickets for opening weekend.
    Buying out an entire showtime (200+ tickets).
    Buying out opening weekend at a theater in our area (3,000+ tickets).
    Buying a block of tickets (50-100 tickets)

  • Theater Information

    To bring the movie to your community, you’ll need to provide us with 3 theaters as options. (Note: It’s important to select theaters with eight or more screens.)
    To buy out a show time or an entire weekend at a theater that is already booked, check ToSaveALifeMovie.com, find your theater of choice that is showing the film, then, list that theater here.

We will require a deposit prior to booking your theater. Deposit amounts are $700 for 1,000 tickets, $150 for 200 tickets and $1,500 for 3,000 tickets. The deposit is fully refundable and 100 percent of it will be applied to your ticket purchase. Outreach Films keeps none of your deposit.

BY SUBMITTING THE FORM YOU AGREE:
I understand the financial commitment that will be required once we reach the point of contracting with Outreach Films and the selected local theater. I also understand we can recruit other groups and organizations to purchase these tickets from us in blocks or individually. I also understand that Outreach Films will forward us any supporting email or phone inquiries for ticket sales in our area, to help us garner additional support.
