During the week of September 6 — 12, we're inviting tens of thousands of teens, youth groups, churches, schools, parents, and ministries to host events to show To Save A Life and help viewers put its life-changing principles to work in the world around them.
Join the movement and help save a life!
STEP 1: Plan to show the movie the week of Sep 6th-12th.
Host a movie night at your church or have your leaders host "house parties" for their group in their homes.
List your group so people in your area can join you!
Showing the movie somewhere that's not a private home setting requires a movie license.
STEP 2: Get students to invite at least two friends and go BIG!
Be sure your students invite friends that don't come to church, but also encourage them to reach out and invite students they may not know as well who are lonely or hurting. Click here for tools to invite more people to your event. Have DVD's and other gear available at your event.
STEP 3: After the movie, go deeper.
Help viewers apply the themes and messages from this powerful story. Check out the books, devotionals and Curriculum based on the movie.
STEP 4: Go to the next level.
Challenge students to be the change in their home, your school and church. What's your next move? What do you want your life to be about?
- Students could form a "Lunch Club" with friends and then invite new people.
- Brainstorm some ideas for reaching out and helping others and make a plan.
- Join the movement with a group of like-minded people on Facebook.
- Share your stories at ToSaveALifeMovie.com.
- Reach out beyond your youth group and host another movie event in the community.
